Most people have at one time or another had their heart broken. Mine was crushed once and I thought I would die. I was so depressed I could not do anything and cried all the time. However, time took away the pain in stages, this person became a distant memory and now I see how wonderful it is that he is out of my life. God had someone better for me I just couldn't appreciate this at the time. Now I have a great husband and a beautiful daughter. While you are waiting for time to heal your wound do what I did and get a dog. They are so easy to love and will never let you down. It's the next best thing and it will get you off your rump because you have to walk them and care for them. As soon as you get your mind off yourself the healing process begins and you will start to love yourself again for handling it like an adult and not a love sick child. You have the strength within fight for it and don't let this person get the better of you. In years to come you will see they were hardly worth the tears you shed..

Lust all over again. It always works for me. I can lust for so many people even when I am already in a lust relationship. I think everyone in the world has something to offer, so they are all sexy and worth lusting for.
I don't think I know what love is or if I ever fall in love. If love exists, why do you see and hear so much sorrow and sadness anyway? Take care, Honey, Good luck.

by letting anything go that ever belonged to that person b\c i just got out a bad break up i was with him for almost a year and yeah so laugh it off and go get new friends or party it off just dont do anything crazy

keep yourself busy, c'mon man get your acts together there's a whole bunch of women out there...its not the end of the world... who knows ... when attending church or on a social gathering you might bump to someone special... have a positive outlook.
