Being around the people you love and not over thinking everything. Happiness isn't created by taking a pill, it's quite easy to achieve. The hard part is realizing and getting rid of all the stuff that makes you unhappy

I don't know who it was who said it, but I believe it was a blues musician quite a few years ago who said something like:
All I need are comfortable shoes and a warm place to sh*t.
Not my definition of happiness, but I thought it was funny.

Sharing love with family and friends, having excellent health, being able to wake up every morning with a smile and ethusiastic and energetic about starting the new day.
Good sex doesn't hurt either.
