I used to get it early in the month, then last month I got it on time as well as at the end of the month. Now this month I haven't gotten it at all. I am a bit scared that pregnancy might have caused it, but I am not too sure; so does any one have any idea what could be behind this?

Oh, and I have not changed my diet or exercise in a serious manner, also I have not taken any type of birth control that would change it.

Sometimes stress can change your periods as well as diet and exercise. If you have recently started a diet or vigorous work-out routine, this could be the culprit. Also look to the foods you have eaten. I think if you were pregnant you wouldn't have had two periods. Sometimes depending on when your cycle starts and how long it last you could have two periods in a months time. Some women are on a 28 day cycle which means that it is technically possible to have two periods in a month.

If it continues to be weird, you should see your gynecologist. When I was 18 my period went from being every 7 weeks (but very predictable) to being every 3 weeks. That lasted for a few months. My doctor put me on birth control pills to regulate my period (since even when it was "normal" it wasn't normal). Your doctor may take some blood tests to make sure your hormone levels are normal.

I doubt you're pregnant, but you could always buy a home pregnancy test to make sure.

Your cycle can shift one or two days earlier or later thereby causing the shift forward or back. This is totally normal and will go on until menopause.

THIS IS WHY SERIOUS BIRTH CONTROL IS URGENT...
