An anticyclone is a HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEM!!!, an anticyclone is another term for a high pressure system because they rotate in an anticyclonic rotation (counter clockwise) Exact Definition (lutgens/tarbuck,"The Atmosphere") - an area of high atmospheric pressure characterized by diverging and rotating winds and subsiding air aloft. I would not use wiped for a science fair project, it is a good source of information but it does not look good for your sources. The weather associated with a high pressure system is usually clear (maybe some fair weather clouds) as far as giving figures and descriptions of them, I would like to help you out but you would not learn if everyone did your homework for you. I will give you some links for your information. But for a science far project I would have chosen a cyclone in stead of anticyclone. There is much more interesting going on in a cyclone. although, there it is rare but thunderstorms and parcels do occur in anticyclonic rotation.

An anticyclone is generally an area of "High" pressure, denoting good or fair weather. A cyclone is associated with an area of storminess, or poor weather. An interesting footnote is that when these two are positioned close together, winds are strong. Within an area of fair weather, an anticyclone, air is compressed due to sinking air while, in a cyclone, air rises, causing condensation and clouds to form.
