Can some of you Americans tell me if everyone is still talking about the Wii over there? It was released on November 19th there, i think, and im just wondering if they are easy to buy yet??
They have been out here (UK) for 2 weeks now, and nowhere has them in stock. only on ebay for almost twice the retail price.
What was it like when it was released over in the USA? Did everywhere sell out??

yea there sold out just about everywere i went to my local target and camped out for 13 hours and i was one of the last people to get one. they only got 14 in stock i was #12 the #1 person got there at 5:15 the night before and waited there overnight!!! i go there at 8:30 till it opend' (( o and ps im 13 and i was just with my freinds whos 13 )) pretty darn cold out up here in NY at 3 am..................

Yes, the opening day, everywhere sold out. And in fact on opening day, it was easier to get them then it is now. (i went to target 1 hour before they opened and was able to get 1, which now you cant do) Now thought, they are selling out the second they are put on the self. It's like that for the game itself and its accessories. Ive been looking for a spare numchuck since the system came out and i still cant find one.

Yea we sold out. It was wild here but much more organized than PS3. They are still pretty much sold out but you can go to a GameStop or a Walmart and sometimes see them in stock.

sold out everywhere just boom as soon as the stores opened no wait for me got mine on ebay.com for $300 dollars pretty reasonable for not waitng in line. just remember wiiiiiiiiii!!
