Rattay played well last week, but against a team that had no film on him and was not expecting him to play. He starts this week, and again, no film. I don't think he will tear anything up though. Clevelands pass D is about the middle of the pack, so it could go either way.
Young has been winning, but he makes a lot of mistakes. He is a rookie that has given new life to Tennessee and he knows how to shine after the fourth quarter starts. He really has not played well for an entire game and his stats are not good strictly fantasy football speaking. (Outside of FF, it's the Wins-Losses that count, right?)
Losman seems to be your best pick. He has played very well against Miami (3rd ranked pass D) and the Jets (middle of pack, right below Cleveland as a matter of fact). His (statistically) worst game was against the Bears, who were steam rolling teams at the time. Also, Tennessee's pass D is ranked 25th in the league.
It seems like from a statistical standpoint, Losman is your points winner of these three. How'd you get stuck with them anyway? You must have had a crappy draft :-P Good luck!
EDIT: One thing I just remembered is that Buffalo's pass D has forced both the Jets and Dolphins (the last two games) to sit their starting QB's in the fourth quarter...

Take Losman over Young - They are playing in Buffalo, where Losman is showing good promise throwing in the conditions - Vince doesn't have that experience, nor will he be able to scramble for a ton of yards. Rattay is inconsistent. Losman has had a passer rating of 100+ the past 3 weeks.

Losman is the safest bet since Young might look good in one game and then have a stinker like last week where the team won and only the Titans defense scored for them.

Vince Young all the way. Rattay and Losman got lucky. They just aren't consistent.

Losman, he is at home and much more stable than the other two.
Young is playing SF but, not trusty enough to play in playoff mode. Rattay not enough time this year to prove him self worthy
