sure. If girls have a period, even if they are 9 years old they can get pregnant. A wise 14 year old who thinks they are old enough and mature enough for sex will also use a condom though.

while you most likely wouldnt ovulate that soon, yes it is possible,,,, as the actual hormone change that caused your period happened when your period started,,, so your body could of speeded up to ovulation
