i have been given a bluetooth adapter as a gift,as i have everything else for my p.c
the thing is,i am not too sure what i can do with this,i know you can receive data from mobiles and g.p.s devices but can i link it to my bt home hub or do i need a specific device
i have installed it and its working fine, but will it affect my ethernet wired internet connection,as if it does i will not use it
also why does it flash on and off,is this because its scanning for devices
cheers guys

Use it for local networking only.
Bluetooth mice, keyboards, mobile phones etc.
The best internet setup is ethernet cable anyway.
