It becomes and Over The Counter stock, or worse, on the Pink Sheets. Delisting generally implies a fiscal irresponsibility or financial weakness. Look for the price of the stock to fall, precipitously.

The company must have given a delisting date it is better for u to sell yr shares in profit / loss or it will b very difficult for u to sell those shares later on.
