I believe the only peace to be found in this time in history is to be found in ignorance.

Christ state, ' My peace I give to you and not as the world gives it do I give unto you. His peace surpasses all understanding. Therefore, peace lies within a relationship with the Almighty. Happiness is a world thing. It is temporary just a good meal makes you happy or a present from a friend. If it is taken away, the happiness leaves. Seek joy and there you will find an everlasting happiness.

Oh man, everyone says "it's inside yourself." And it can be. BUT I gots to say son, it's not on this planet!!! Peace??? happiness??? This planet is full of war, criminality, economic slavery, famine and insanity. And it's not just now, our history is the same.
I'm not tyring to bring ya down because it's not all that bad. Something's going on out there. There's a "something" out there that man, for the first time, has the ability to actually acheive peace on earth. It's only been around since the 1950s. If you find it, you'll know what I mean, but I'm not going to mention it here.
But notice - peace not only is inner but is also from person to person, family to family, group to group, country to country and all combinations thereof. Lots of people have said "the only peace is inner peace" but inner peace is not very hard to acheive if there's outer peace. Peace is about all of us, not just one of us finding inner peace. People are so hopeless about peace that they resort to "find inner peace for self, that's the only thing you can do." Quite understandable. But it's not a me or you or that person thing, it's an all of us thing.
Ya know what would be a cruel but very productive joke to play on this planet??? Fake that there was a mass alien invasion heading towards earth. Go all out on special effects and get people scared to death all over the globe. You would see people and countries, even enemies, working together like you've never before seen, real peace. This only proves that it's possible, and it's not the way to go about it. But it is possible.

Peace is in the midst of whatever you find comfort in, as is happiness. For some, peace and happiness are in nature or silence, for others their in religion or family, and for some they exist only in the mind.
Ultimately, peace, and happiness are in different things and places for everyone. They are what you make them.

well the peace I believe lies within your inner soul ( your relationship with yourself and with god )...I believe that happiness lies within your heart....and with all the other people in the world who don't believe...well we know what will happen to them, they will remain miserable for the most part of their life. But happiness, that is left up to you...you make your life and choices as you choose them to be. Hope that this helps hun :)
