We say homework HELP, guy, not doing it for you!
But I will give you my answer, and it is too personal for you to use as if it were your own. Tough cookie.
My role is called Yamster. It is one every one of you working and playing on Yahoo Answers can claim. But my role, I will state categorically, is Senior Yamster. And I love this space.
Think about this: here we are, just ordinary folk alongside some very special folks, writing questions and answers about everything under the sun and beyond, so long as we use good manners.
The Community Guidelines are about good manners, folks, and the real magic comes when you take a simple, fair standard (OK, we're still working out a few details) and applying it to communications within the entire English-speaking world.
And then adapt the concept for some twenty other languages all over the world.
Yes, Senior Yamster. Now I'll go roll my cursor over your profile.

Cheesy answer: One person at a time.
Talk about how you interact with people from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed. Talk about treating them fairly and kindly and hoping that good attitude and kindness will rub off on them and allow them to pass on goodwill to others that they interact with.
Try this:
One day go out and count all the people that you interact with in your normal routine. Multiply that by 365, and see what kind of impact you have on the environment that surrounds you over the year. The actions of one person are much bigger than what you may have though. These ripples of goodwill are sort of like what happens when you have a car crash during the commute. Even though the accident might have cleared up a hour earlier, the ripples of that event can be felt by thousands of people. The more people that have a positive attitude towards others will offset the racist or just plain mean people's ripples.
Good luck with your paper. And the guy above me.. look up the difference between heterogeneous and homogeneous.

This is a funny question, weird too.
and pretty much pointless.
sorry.
If you really really want to know, word your question in terms that most everyday people can understand and relate too, then you might get answers.
like- how do you view your role in society?
or- what impact do you think you (will) make on today's community, or even simpler than that even.
besides, do your own work man, you don't deserve the credit if you dont' do the work, and if your taking a survey, do it in real life, that is more credited.

Who the heck would want a heterogeneous society? I like the fact that I work with blacks, whites, jews, muslims, christians and other 'types'. It certainly makes it more to fun to celebrate holidays I never heard of.
