I love this MMORPG but it seems like there are fewer and fewer people in the lands every day. Is imagination dying? Is there no more market for text-based games?

Nope, people prefer first person shoot-them-all games, sadly.

Well, I wouldn't consider Gemstone3 or DragonRealms MMORPGs, because they aren't really "massive". I used to be very anti-graphics, and played DragonRealms for several years. Then I gave in to a co-worker and played Everquest. I got hooked on it, but miss the RP aspects of MMORPGs. I always fantasize about going back to play DR, but then I remember that I hate how the devs are changing the game and their lousy "policy" rules. So instead, I try to bring roleplay into the MMORPGs. It doesn't seem to work as more than a novelty though. 'tis sad.
