Talk about procrastination...I know, but is it possible that if I mailed them out this afternoon that they would make it?

Judging upon when you submitted this question, there's the possibility, that the cards may not make it. (But!) Get busy right now,and take the cards directly to the Post Office, and drop them in the Box "INSIDE THE OFFICE". Delivery also depends on how far you are sending them. Nearby addresses will more than likely recieve their cards tommorrow, but out-of-state- addresses will more than likey recieve theirs Tuesday. (Think of it this way), it does'nt matter when they recieve the card, it's the thought that counts. (Now-Hustle!) lol

No. Actually I'm mailing out one today. I think it will only get there before Christmas if its destination is within maybe 5 miles or so & goes out in today's mail. The post offices are really backed up this time of year. But it doesn't matter if they get it even after Christmas, as long as you send one.

No they will not make it! No matter where they are going, the postal service is crazy right now.

That said, you still gotta send them!! It truly is the thought that counts. This is my FIRST year ever, that I've had mine out on the 1st week of December (yay!) These days, everyone loves getting 'real mail' (as apposed to 'email') no matter how late we are : )

Happy holidays

Depends on where theyre going...if theyre within your state, and you put them in a box at the post office (before pickup time) they have a slight chance but think..they have today and tomorow to get there...the mail doesnt run sunday, and it wont on monday because of the holiday, they might get there on tues or the day after...The post office is BUSY now..trust me

no, it is never late. It shows that you still think about them even though it late. People know during the holidays that they are too busy to put them out early ( my family stay busy because one or two people adopt a family for the holidays)

They would make it in early January.

I was so busy this year I wasn't able to send out any but I'm going to send them late regardless.

i think it depends where you are sending them - but i am never ready - so i send - -happy new year cards - the advantage to this is , it doesn't matter when they get there (hopefully w/in the first week of jan) and you don't have to worry about people's religion.
everyone wants a happy new year!!!
