Not really. Suppose the band had stopped at like 181, then there would never have been Blink 182.

Kind of, but a normal person blinks 20 times a day and the duration of blinking is around 0.3 seconds.
It depends on how much they are blinking in a day, but some people have problems and they blink too much

No, you need to blink to keep your eyes moist and healthy. As far as too much I think it's not possible.

No becuase blinking is your body's way of keeping dust particals out of you eyes. and yes because some people have that diease where they blink every milla-second.

There's a theory that if someone suddenly blinks alot, it could be a tell-tale sign that they are lying. So maybe you or someone you know could have this problem? :O
