You mean squats and lunges?

If you want to be able to dunk you need to work on your hand position and timing as much as you need to work on jumping. Start working out and when you get that lean figure, you'll be able to get high enough to dunk. If you can only touch the rim at this point, you're gonna have to get your jump up atleast another 10 inches.

do a lot of running, increase your upper body strength, and research on plyometrics. but be careful, Allan Houston overdid his plyometrics training and it did him more harm than good.

hit the gym do some swats and launches. watch your wieght...if you have a thin frame then work on your back to balance.
