It was a bouquet of frost fowers that Frosty made. The kids tried to put a ladies hat on her but iut did not work. Frosty's gift of flowers brougt her to life.
Note to entry above mine - Frosty came to life when a magician's hat blew off his head and down the street. The kids put it on Frosty.
