The glycerol should separate from the oils by gravity. Normally, the glycerol is denser will settle to the bottom and the oil can be removed by decanting. The oil can then be further cleaned by washing with water followed by a second settling step to separate the oil and water mix.

Glycerol solves in water but oil not. Then you have 2 phases and it’s easy to separate.
