..pervert. Is this true? I found this in the Time magazine.
And is there any truth in that statement.
'sides do you think that Putin and the Russian Government is responsible for Litvinenko's murder.
My deepest condolences to Marina Litvinenko and their son.

Don't believe everything newspapers - even as respectable as Times - say. Unfortunately, many European countries are just so happy to find any bad thing about Russia and its president, they put it in big bold letters, often changing the true facts and often simply making it up. Whoever killed Litvinenko - there will always be people saing that Vladimir Putin did it. Even though Litvinenko MAY HAVE pointed at him on a photohraph (who would show a photograph with a president?...), it does not necessarily mean 1) that it is true 2) that Putin personally gave orders.
As one of the analyst saids on this case, he probably meant that Putin's regime killed him.
ithout knowing all the story behind the case, please, don't judge quick. As I for example, heard that Litvinenko was a rat - worked for KGB for some time, and then decided to "change his working place". Everyone knows that if you work for KGB you stay there - if not for life, at least until retired. That's the nature of it.

He was eliminated - probably - by his former "friends" and colleagues after he expressed his will to tell his story and the dirty and dark secrets of the new KGB. Putin is not in the picture.
