I get up atleast 2 hours a night to check on kaimmie.I am so worried about her!i had a baby boy named kabe and he was murdered by my ex-boyfriend!So i am so worried about little kaimmie and what will happen to her so i need some help from some people to tell me how to keep her safe or to stop making me worry so much about her.Should i be worried about her so much or should i do something about it?

Well some people share the bed with their baby. You could do this( as long as you don't have any blankets etc around her.) You could put the crib in your room as well.
Maybe if you live in that same neighborhood, you should move. If you don't already, you can look into talking to someone about your fears. It is normal to worry about your child, especially after such a tramatic thing that happend to you.

Honey, 1st let me say I'm so sorry for your loss. As a mother I can't imagine anything worse.
2nd congraton your baby. You sound like a caring concerned and loving mom.
now- to address the problem. You're a mom, you are going to worry, it's in the job description. But if it is disrupting your life, it's a problem and you need to get help.
Start by talking to your doctor. Your doc should be able to refer you to a therapist. It's the best thing for your baby, to have a "sane" mom (as if there is such a thing as a sane mom!)

I also have a baby 10 months and to put all my worries away I put his crib in my room. You can also buy an angel monitor. it is very sensitive that it will let you know if the baby stops breathing.
It is normal to worry about your baby but since you have been through a tough situation may be you should see someone to talk to. They'll be able to suggest other thing to help you.
Are you worried that your child's father might do something? If so maybe you should talk to someone about that as well.

It sounds like your concern for her stems from your murdered baby, and is disrupting your life. While it's understandable, maybe you should seek help for PTSD?
You can know she's safe if she's in her crib w/o any blankets or toys that could choke her. Follow what your pediatrician recommends and she'll be fine. YOU, on the other hand, should get counseling to deal w/ what's happened to you so you can get a good night's sleep and not be quite so worried!

Well. First off lock all your doors when you two are at home. Second perhaps you should keep her crib in your room until you feel some ease of mind. If that is not possible make sure to have a baby moniter so that you will know when she is crying. Good luck.

You can make sure she is safe by sleeping with her.If you hear a window breaking or opening,call 911 or the police.But first quickly go see where it is coming from if you are just hearing nosies just go back to sleep.

Well first of all think positve, and by the way where is your ex?? Cause if hes in prison then don't worry as much. If you have a babysitter then make sure they are responsible and you trust them if not then.............................. get rid of them. We had a babysitter and she was mean so make sure that they are caring and nice. I would not worry about it if he is not running lose. By the way im very sorry!! :( :(

Your concern is understandable under these circumstances. In time you'll likely feel less concerned about her safety. In the meantime there are video monitors you can buy so you can see her in her crib any time. Good Luck.
