when i connect to the intrnet there is allways a belay why is this can any 1 help plz

If you have DSL (dial-up) then some one could be calling in while you are connecting. Another thing is: alot times if you have too many numbers on your caller I.D. this will delay your connection. You need to delete the numbers on your caller I.D. as often as possible. You may also want to try defragmenting you computer. How you do this is: Go to Start, All programs, Accessories, System tools, then click Disk defragment. Some times when defragmenting your computer it takes about 45-60 min., but it can help speed things up when it is done.

You dont say wether connection is dial up or broadband.
I do know with dial-up if you go via MY COMPUTER - DIAL UP NETWORK - and then right click on your ISP and choose properties and then server types - if log on to network is ticked it can cause a delay - so untick it and see if that works.
