If you are knowledgeable on editing the registry - always backup the registry 1st.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Enum\ACPI\"DeviceID" (example: PNP0F13)\"InstanceID" (example 4&2658d0a0&0)\Device Parameters

*Note that there is one DeviceID for each port*
In "Device Parameters'
Edit menu, click Add Value
Value Name: SkipEnumerations
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Radix: Hexidecimal
Value: 0 through FFFFFFFE

Quit Registry Editor - reboot
