How do i create an animated gif file, and what computer program would I use?

go to www.download.com and search for a gif animation creator. they will have several programs you can try to see which ones you like before you buy. the ones i have used are like creating a cartoon, you make each frame and the program hooks them together to make a small movie.

Animated gif files are created by defining a series of "frames" (just like any other animation is created) and then displaying the frames one at a time. A frame can be either a complete cell, or only a partial cell which updates the previous image.
I've included a link to GIFWORKS, which claims to be a free site allowing you to create animated gifs.

1-but Ur pic in one folder
2-open it at adobe image ready as sequence file (choose open folder image)
3-just save it as animated gif file
4-tray it

You need a program like Adobe Image Ready.
