I think i might be pregnant i have a doctors appointment this Tuesday, but someone told me you somtimes get sick and that is one sign of pregnancy. Is that true?

Its call morining sickness which last longer than a flu for some woman it goes all the way till 9 mos.Take a pregnancy test to know for sure.

You won't get the flu, I think you're thinking of morning sickness. Sometimes when you get pregnant, because all the hormones in your body are changing so quickly, you may get a queasy stomach or throw up everyday.

No. Flu is a virus and is unrelated to pregnancy.
Sometimes early pregnancy signs can make you feel awful, but they don't mimic flu symptoms (fever, body aches, etc.)

I got a bad cold a few days before I found out I was pregnant.But I don't think it is related.
