Its call morining sickness which last longer than a flu for some woman it goes all the way till 9 mos.Take a pregnancy test to know for sure.

You won't get the flu, I think you're thinking of morning sickness. Sometimes when you get pregnant, because all the hormones in your body are changing so quickly, you may get a queasy stomach or throw up everyday.

No. Flu is a virus and is unrelated to pregnancy.
Sometimes early pregnancy signs can make you feel awful, but they don't mimic flu symptoms (fever, body aches, etc.)
