There is nothing better than the truth. So, see if the truth works. Why are you at the interview if you are working for a good company already? Perhaps, because the new company is better? One thing never trash your old employer at the interview. I would say something like that:
... I love my current job, but I believe that I will have better growth opportunities with your company...
or something like this
... You know this is a great company, but this is my first job, and I would like to work for different company, so I can diversify my experience, learn something new, learn this industry...
Basically, don't leave the question at "Why I leave", turn it around and answer as "Why I want to work for you"
In some cases even better location is a legitimate reason. And definitely, try to stay as close to the truth as possible. People feel fake, and hate it!
Good luck.

Good Company is not always the BEST company to work for however if your looking for ways to better yourself, then this speaks for itself. As ceo of a business here in my area, if someone came to me looking for a new career for better placement and challange, then this is the kind of person I am looking for. As ceo of this company, when I hear an interview, I like to hear that the subject is looking for a CAREER. The subject must be willing to GROW within my company.

In answering this question I'd say something to the effect of, "Yes it is a good company, and I've enjoyed working there, but I feel that my chances for further advancement are greater here, and that I can make a positive contribution to this company."

The best answer is the truth. Maybe you're looking for better opportunity, more money, a new locale,... Whatever it is, you should tell the truth and word it in a way that sounds positive (i.e. not "my boss is a real jerk" but "more supportive work environment where people work as a team").

Assuming that you're being asked this by a prospective employer about why you are willing to leave your current one, the answer should be, "Because I feel your company offers me better chances for advancement in my career."
