Let me straighten something out! Im proud to be American! As a matter a fact id rather live here than Italy! I love having an Italian ancestory but love being American! Those who say that whats wrong with America today..........think again! Just because im proud to be Italian doesnt mean you have to be jealous!!!

I'm American, Cuban, Spanish, Italian... but my temper is all that bad lol
I'm the first person on my mom's side to be born in America and 3rd generation on my dad's side to be born here as well. So first and foremost I am an American and I am very proud of that!!! :)

This is what is wrong with the USA.
I was born in the USA
My parents were both born in the USA
My grandparents we all born in the USA
That makes me 100% american. No matter where your ancestory is from, that does not make you that nationality. You are american. You are not in any way shape or form Italian.
Why can't you be proud to be American and only American.

Not even close. I'm mostly Cherokee, then Irish. But I speak Italian--it's how I got my start in radio. I have 10,000-plus years of heritage here, and I'm hardly jealous of any other ethnic group. No reason to be, as I like exactly who and what I am.
To the gentleman above me, nationality means ethnicity in the US. I know it doesn't elsewhere, but it does here and that's the convention I'm using.
