I've replied to all my violations in detail. Now I've started insulting their intelligence and telling them how to do their jobs since they're obviously in the dark. Will they do me like the church and silence me?

Maybe I should clarify. If you're not from Polls and Surveys, you don't and couldn't understand how much violations you get for answering questions so be along on your way. My ego gets paid more.

Yup. Hall monitors have been lurking and reporting everyone. "That's not funny, reported." "That's not realllly an answer, reported." I have Level 5 pals that are starting over as we speak.

What if we all replied to 'em? Yahoo's abuse team are about as smart as Sony's PR team. No offense to Sony.

Maybe we all should start replying back to our violations. I have gotten at least 6-8 in the past few days, on OLD questions. It's like they've delayed it for so long and suddenly are taking action. Yaholes!

On the few occasions I have received a Violation, it has been at least technically correct. There was one exception: I once got violated for asking about the weather in Jerusalem, in the Israel Travel Section; which I think is a perfectly reasonable question in the Travel section. I didn't appeal because I somehow lost the Violation notice and so I couldn't do it. Offensiveness is not the only grounds for a Violation. Technically, an answer that isn't really an answer violates the question-and-answer format. This is where I sometimes fall down. In certain sections, notably the Israel Travel section and maybe R&S, there are people who report any technical violations of people they disagree with. I don't report minor violations; My attitude is, "no harm, no foul." Even if I disagree with the person. But I have learned [usually] to actually answer the question if I respond! Recently I thought a questioner was trolling and so I gave a flippant response; I was reported. Checking back to the question, I realized it was a sincere question and I had been rude. So I got what I deserved. I even emailed an apology to the questioner.

Hey, don't p!ss Yahoo! off. You're already on Level 5. Don't get your account shut down. If you really want to ask a question that may upset Yahoo (not the hardest thing to do) then just open up another account and ask things there.

I don't think so, cuz I have basically told them myself how inept they are and lack intelligence. I used some few choice words. And I am still here! They are a pain in the a** huh. Well anyway, Have a very merry christmas and a Happy New Year

I'm not real sure. It's possible, but I don't think they will. Everyone is getting violations. What's up with that? Did you reply with something really bad or are you just being violated? I think some people are just going around violating people for no reason. Good luck & stand your ground~

Be careful with insulting them, I had a friend do that and his account was gone the next day. Completely deleted. Just a word of advice.

You have a very high opinion of yourself. I doubt that Yahoo is out to get you. You need to get over yourself as your ego rather overinflated.

they probably are 100% unaware of any problem you report, but the bot that gets all your emails cares NOT!

I doubt it, it's just a bot replying to all those e-mails, anyways.
