Well, you'll want to do something with it, because otherwise you're going to be paying lots of taxes on it. I think it really depends on the surrounding area. That sounds like a rural or borderline urban neighborhood, so you could either grow some kind of compact crops or just wait and then sell it.

in the springtime you can charge people to hunt mushrooms, and in the winter charge them to hunt, or you could make a nature reserve out of it. good luck.
