What dose of Iron do I need to take and how before taking Lisinpril to prevent the cough?

If your lisinopril is making you cough. Tell your physician. He needs to change your medication.
The iron, really doesnt have anything to do with you coughing. It usually is bought OTC in doses of 324 mg.
