Yes, she can. You actually are more fertile the few days leading up to ovulation. Sperm can live for 3-5 days so it is extremely possible.

When the conditions are right (the woman is in her fertile window) sperm can live up to 7 (plus or minus a day) days in the cervix/fallopian tubes. If the conditions are not right (with woman isn't fertile), then the sperm can only live a few hours.

It could be possible since sperm live 3 to 5 days in fertile conditions. I'm sure a few of them could live longer then that.

6 days may be pushing it, but sperm can remain alive and well and ready to go to work for at least afew days after being deposited in hopes of discovering a receptive egg. Not impossible.
