No not at all. In moderation it does no harm. Theres too many do gooders about nowadays. My 5 year old grandson is not allowed crisps, chocolate, biscuits, cheese, juice, and many more things in his lunch box. If he takes them to school, then he gets them taken away. The teachers go through their lunch boxes and confiscate any 'junk' foods or 'unhealthy' foods. This is all thanks to the hypocrite 'Jamie Oliver'. A little of everything is good for you. So NO, it shouldn't be banned.

No people need to be responisble and eat what's healthy for them. If I want to pig out on junk food and get really fat...that's my choice just like you have the choice to not eat junk food
Merry Christmas!

Not only no, but Hell No! You let the gov't take away junk food, next it will be cell phones, shampoo, coffee, video games, cars with MPG ratings < 50, ultimately capitalism.

If you want this to happen, go ahead and move to France or Russia now, and let their gov't "take care of you".

No. Its the individuals responsibilty to make healthy choices. If ppl want to be fatties, let it be. However,it should be banned in schools. There should be at least one place where kids have to eat right. They preach the food pyramid, then serve them chicken nuggets and chips. At the least the foods should be baked and cooked with cooking spray, not oil or butter.

Yes

Especially when you weigh up the risks associated with junk food and smoking. They are both similar and both are very addictive. The amount of additives within junk food is ridiculous and should be restrained.

Adults can make up their own minds, but it should be banned for the under 16's - just like tobacco is.

Trouble is, too many thick idiots are quite happy to feed their children high-fat, high-additive toxic junk.

Maybe we should ban them from having children........(only kidding).
