And I am feeling extremly tired today and I am in school and have a basketball game at 630. Would a nap on the bus to the game help alot or is there anything else I can do? Lastly will this affect me in the game or can adrenilan over rule this?

usually the adrenilan will wake you up and you wont even know that you are tired till you get home. so dont take a power nap it will only make you more tired

get a nap. caffiene will help temporarily, but in the long run, a nap will be alot better. if you have trouble sleeping, start taking melatonin tablets before you go to bed. lack of sleep will affect your adrenalin and in the game you will be lagging, so grab a pilow and take a good nap.

on't do the power nap thing, it usually makes you 10 X worse and you will feel drowsy. best bet is to splash really cold water on your face..Good luck with your match

eat some carbs and protein and get up and move every chance you get.
