This woman is an exhibitionist. This means that in order for her to get sexual gratification she feels the need to expose herself in public. Exhibitionists are the same people who walk around cities in trench coats (and nothing else) flashing themsleves to the public. Often it is a serious psychological issue.
This woman may be labeled by the public as a S*** and whatnot, but in reality she should seek help because that is abnormal behavior.
Although I understand when some people say that life would be easier if everyone just walked around in the nude. Though in the winter that wouldn't be so fun....

Im guessing its a RETORICAL question bc the reason is clear. She wants to show others her "stuff". Maybe she's trashy,maybe she's not exactly a prize and needs to do this to get the attention she needs. Either way,micro minis are too short but at least wear undies with it!

Some women need that kind of attention. Thats all there is to it. I work in an office with 23 women and two men. I happens everyday here.
