I have two kaplan books about test-taking & CAT practice tests. I've procrastinated though..with the holiday season....so now I feel a little stressed. Can I still do it in 7 weeks?

It depends how much you need to improve. My sister didn't study more than a week or two for the GMAT and got the score she needed. A student of mine "studied" for a year and a half and did horribly.

I always suggest to prospective students between 1-2 months for preparing for the GMAT. It's a big chunk of money, so I believe that 7 weeks is plenty of time, as long as you are spending the time to prepare.
