I just bought this glider used and didn't realize till I got it home that the glider is scraping the wood base when it rocks. It is scratching the wood and not rocking smoothly. Is there any way to adjust this so that it doesn't scrape and scratch up the wood on the base? It is a Dutailer glider which is a good brand...hope it can be fixed. Thanks

If you just bought it call the store and tell them to come out there and fix it. These are shipped to the retailer broken down to conserve space on the truck, and assembled by the retailer, so my guess is that a nylon bushing is missing from between two parts, causing the rub.
