Irish-American (that's not a gratuitous hyphen, I have dual-citizenship). I frequently curse in Gaelic at people who annoy me.

I am Puerto Rican and I represent it by trying to be a significant person in my community. Many think that representing them in festivals will do any good, in this world, you have to show others that you are doing something for others to gain respect from people and bettering yourself like going to school, getting an education and being a significant person in society.

A better way to phrase that would be to ask about culture. In the USA, we're all Americans. That is our nationality, but there are many cultures.
By the way, I'm a mixture of Puerto Rican and English and it's represented by my beauty. LOL
