. The duration of the UG programs leading to degrees of B. Tech. and B. Arch. are normally four and five years, respectively. However, the maximum duration is six years for the degree of B. Tech. and seven years for the degree of B. Arch., from the date of initial registration. The maximum duration of the programs includes the period of withdrawal, absence and different kinds of leaves permissible to a student. However, it shall exclude the period of rustication.
