If rain shows up in the middle of a parade, the parade will continue. Also, the rides and shows continue during the parade because not everyone will watch it and will need something else to do. Guests only get their park money refunded in the event of a hurricane or anything that forces the park to close.
Also, the Christmas Day Parade was taped early in December and will air on ABC on Christmas morning. Sorry if you were looking forward to seeing it live.

Wow i wish i was you, i would be over joyed to go there, but the only time i've ever been to disney while it rained really hard was at Epcot, and almost all outdoor rides shut down in case of lightening. Disney has a specific policy about lighening strikes within a certain radius. That radius has to be clear of strike for a period of time ( something like 20 or 30 minutes) before they reopen. But they do reopen, so you will still ride your rides if it's not tooo terrible, good luck and i hope it doesnt rain :)

Disney NEVER refunds money, unless THEY close the park, and that has only happened a few times - during hurricanes or other natural disasters. So if it rains, you are SOL sh*t outta Luck. Sorry. ......... They may have a scaled down version of the parade. ºoº

If it is raining during parade people get wet. Rain doesn't affect attractions. Don't count on getting back any penny. Do you get back money when rains during a football match?

The only way they close rides and attractions is if there's severe weather (like lightning) in the area. Rain, you'll just get wet.
