If they are reference, the cards should be about the same speed and specs.
Regarding the reputation of the companies, I have had better luck with XFX than Sparkle. I currently have an XFX GeForce 7600GT XXX Edition. Great card!
What are the specific model numbers?

I have the XFX GeForce 6200. It works great, it's a lot better than Sparkle. XFX is better than Sparkle, because XFX gives you more warranty, also XFX is more trusted. Any more questions Email me: only_4_u_2night@yahoo.com

I have had nothing but problems with any GeForce 6200 that I have used or seen. I recommend not getting the 6200 model.
