When my brother was little, he didn't get me anything, so he wrapped up two of his old hot wheel cars in kleenex.

A 12-pack of soda, a shower radio that was obviously a company gift that this person just rewrapped, and a tiny bear figurine cell phone holder with 2 chips in it, all the same year.

A really ugly candy dish that had a gift tag TO the person who gave it to me. They re-gifted the darn thing! It was orange, purple, and fuscia with little tiles that looked like mirrors. A few of the little tiles were cracked. I remember thinking, "Am I that hard to shop for or does this person hate me that much?" LOL

a large plastic overnight bag--AND, it was BROKEN--AND, it wasn't wrapped--which i promptly left in our building lobby, a few days later, when we got home--where people leave things for others to help themselves to. Well, someone DID actuall take it!
