I placed an order with this company but i have read in forums that they are fraudsters, has anyone out there used them and not had there goods?

I Have tried calling them but the number doesnt exist, i have also been in touch with my credit card company regarding the purchase and tehy say there is nothing they can do until the charge hits my account.

They seem to have had there security tag removed or revoked i don't know what this means.

Dear magic87........
Contact your local Trading Standards Office by 'phone and ask for advice. It is their job to investigate and close down trading scams and fraud. You can trust them because they work for the Government and they give very good advice.

if u used a credit card u can claim the money from the card company under sect 75 of the consumer credit act.

call them up their phone number is on their website under the CONTACT US link. if you get no staisfaction you can call your credit card company and they will reverse the charges back to you. Good Luck.

Make sure you hook yourself up with a copy of Opera to check future sites, and protect you from fraudulent online retailers.
