The basic warranty exp 2/06. The powertrain warranty exp 2/2010 or 70,000 miles. Will the powertrain warranty cover the replacement of the thermostat & the control arm bushing (arm to the wheel for the front arm)? On 7/2005 the coolant fan was replaced. Should the problem for the thermostat been detected at that time? Should ALL (front & back) control ams be replaced at this time? This is for a 2003 pt crusier gt turbo edition.

It is possible that the thermostat will be covered under the powertrain warranty, seeing as it can be considered intenal to the engine. The control arm bushing is not going to be covered. Check with a Chrysler dealer for more information, or call 1-800-Chrysler.
