You have left out alot of 'key' information.......like what happened to cause you to feel this way.

but let me tell you that we should never 'hate' anyone.
I am not saying that you have to 'like' everyone but hate is such a powerful word that takes SO much from us....and in reality we
are letting that person 'control' us. Focus your energy on those you care about ....you will feel a lot better.

Depends. Let's see...do you like him back? Yes, I know you say you haaaaaate him sooooo much but how do you really feel:)
It happened to me once and although I said I hated him, I actually liked him and was flattered he liked me back. Anyway..everything has to be taken SLOWLY!

But if this is something else and it's a person that has hurt you, been mean to you or has done something bad to you and you dislike him...then I don't know. Just be gentle on how you let him down. No need to "get even" by being mean.
