Normally the due date for federal tax returns in the US is April 15. Since in 2007 that's a Sunday, the deadline will be Monday April 16. Most states follow that same deadline.

Federal Taxes, traditionally April 15th
State taxes - April 15th or 20th
Reporting of sales taxes - Quarterly - every three months, or if you make under $10,000 that year, then with your regular taxes - so April 15th.

FEDERAL TAXES ARE TO BE POSTMARKED BY MIDNIGHT APRIL 15 EXCEPT SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS THEN IT WOULD BE THE MAIL DATE FOLLOWING DAY.
