Is it the DirectTV commercial with Jessica Simpson as a waitress who goes to take an order and the guy at the table slaps her butt, she kicks him down, puts her foot on his neck, and then proceeds to talk about DirectTV?
If so, it's Jessica Simpson.

You're talking about Jessica Simpson....
That's the commercial that relates to Dukes of Hazzard... it is the one where the guy tries to grab her butt (or something like that) and she knocks him onto the floor and puts her foot on his throat..
