I thought it was dry skin since it's dry from the winter. What can I do?

My daughter had that too, and true, baby oil works the best. However, they say not to use baby oil on very young babies as they can ingest it and it may be harmful. I used an edible oil; olive oil. This way if it's ingested it's not harmful. Twice daily apply the oil to the eyebrows, wait 10 minutes then gently wipe it off with a warm damp cloth. It will eventually go away. This is very normal and it has nothing to do with hygiene, so not to worry! When my daughter had it she looked like an old man with big bushy eyebrows :) It was hilarious!

Well, if a baby has cradle cap on their head you put baby oil on it and brush it out. I would guess you do the same for the eyebrow. Put a little dab on your fingertip, rub it into the hair, let it soak and then maybe use an old toothbrush. Just take your time and be gentle. Good luck.

My daughter has it too between and on her eyebrows.
Wash her with a washcloth to try and get some of the dead skin off...then dab a little bit of lotion or baby oil on your finger and massage it into that area. Do that at least twice a day and it will make it go away.
Try to wash her with a hydrating baby soap, like Aveno or the Huggies with extra aloe.

Here's a suggestion. My daughter had something similar on her forehead and ended at her eyebrow. Her pediatrician suggested to wash normally w/ some soap like Dove and then put some 1% hydrocortizone (i think that's how you spell it) on it. Should be gone by the time you notice. Hope this helps.

When you give her a bathjust kind of rub at it with a cloth to exfoliate it. Don't use anythign because it's near the eyes. My son had the same thing and that's what my doc said.

Baby oil is very good. Don't pick, rub. If you pick you can end up breaking the skin and getting scabs. It's nothing you've done. Babies just get that sometimes.

My son has it also, in his eyebrows and between. I put lotion on it often. I make sure and do it about 10 minutes before his bath and gently scrub with his washcloth.
