The How To Draw Manga ( http://www.howtodrawmanga.com/htbooks.html ) books are ubiquitous and will basically prepare you for that style.

If you want some more random pointers and a nice bit of extra distinction in some areas, I've always loved Julie Dillon's tutorials, available on the net at http://www.howtodrawmanga.com/tutorial.html

Trust me, I've been trying for years and it isn't easy learning human anatomy. Why don't you go here and download the pages to learn about drawing manga, including human anatomy in different perspectives and a variety of styles used by different illustrators.

Here's the link. Just download each page: http://gh.ffshrine.org/art/86

Also, you can browse this site for anything else you're interested in drawing:

It is possible to learn to draw these things by copying from books and paying attention to what the book tells you in the instructions but personally i feel that once you have mastered that it would be nice to try and start creating your own style.
