In case You knew & if You just ask because a page has had one of these silly no right click scripts?

Hit Print button (copy action) and insert (paste) into a picture viewer program e. g. Irfan view which is freeware. Crop the selection to the part of the screenshot that You want and save it.

btw. You already downloaded the pictures when You see them
a copy of them is in the internet cache of Your browser ;-).
They can be inspected and retreaved from there also.

Probably you mean Internet. It is very simple. Right Click on the picture you want download. The options dialogue box open how to download that picture on to your picture. Click Save Image AS then download the picture to a file in any folder of your choice or first download it to your desktop then move to a folder. Good Luck

Right click on any photo/image, choose save image as, a box will pop up allowing you to name it and to choose where to save it at
