I have had my phone for 6 months, it was working perfectly until 2 weeks ago. Here are the problems:
Turns itself off
Screen flashes white
Can't play sounds in multimedia (which worked before)
No sound when videos are playing
Camera quality going downhill - lines across screen, blurry pictures
I have taken very good care of my phone and there isn't one scratch on it. I haven't dropped it or got it wet. Please help!

I've had similar problems with mine, too. Just take it back. They have a year warranty. It might just need a new battery.

maybe the problem's in the battery.... or it could possibly be infected by a virus

goto setup> phone setup> master reset....this should solve it...
