I know this answer is kind of late, but yes they made it home, Neelix dropped out of the crew earlier to be with a widow and child that he fell for. The last episode was okay and it involved Janeway breaking the Federations temporal laws to alter the past, but she succeeded in her mission to change the future, so I guess she could not be prosecuted for violation of the temporal laws.
( I just hate temporal science...if Janeway helped change the future of the Voyager crew via time travel, how could it have changed if she never ended up in that timeline to help?)
I believe SPIKE T.V. is bringing back Voyager next year, they have had a marathon on all this week as a prelude.
There is a big push by the fan base to make a Voyager movie, to sign a petition go here:

The last episode was titled Endgame. The basic premise revolved around a future Janeway who was unable to cope with how long it took Voyager to reach home and lost of life that occurred. I believe it took 20 years or something like that. So she came up with a plan to go back in time to the year the series took place, basically the present, and help Voyager get home earlier. The plot involved the Borg and the Borg queen from S.T. First Contact. She ended up succeeding and Voyager arrive home with everyone alive and Borg were dealt a big defeat, possible destroyed. It was excellent.
Dont believe chocolahoma's assessment above. It was actually very good and it was a great wrapped up for a great series.

They made it home afterall.
And I don't think they will make a Voyager related movie.
Most of the star trek movies relate to Capt. Kirk's crew or Capt. Picard's crew.
anyways, Kathryn Janeway travels through time to save the fate of the USS Voyager and is about to get back to Earth in the episode EndGame. Stardate 54973.4

I loved Voyager! I used to watch it late every night then they quit airing it. I thought when I got satellite (and the Sci-Fi channel) I'd finally get to see it again, but it's nowhere to be found. I don't' know why.
To answer you-do you really want to know? You can buy the episodes/videos at half.com. The quick answer is yes, they made it home, though I'm thinkin Neelix chose to stay somewhere along the way. Now I'm gonna have to get the videotapes of it I do have out to remind me.

It was a horrible cop-out ending designed to wrap up the plot in a hurry when the show was cancelled.
"Admiral" Janeway from the future come back in time and tells "captain" Janeway about a way they can get home 15 years faster.
She feels guilt because in her "future", several of her choices lengthened the trip and got several of her favorite crew members killed.
They devise a way to use Borg "warp tunnels" to get home instantly, while at the same time destroying the Borg collective.
Blah, blah blah. They get home, the crew is okay, and the Borg are all dead and no longer a threat.
Hated it because Janeway fought to prevent several "Genocidal" attacks throughout the series, and at the end she's willing to snuff out millions of lives just to ease her conscience and give her buddies an easier road home.
Captain Picard was able to defeat the Borg several times without resorting to mass murder. His greatest weapon against them was to restore their sense of individuality... Kind of the opposite of murdering them all...

They made it home in once piece. The Borg were trying to get them. Neelix stayed behind.
