What you most likely have is a file left over from a program you have deleated or removed from your computer. This is still trying to maybe activate the start up process.

Click on the Icon MY COMPUTER. Once opened Click on Program Files. Once opened look for any programs you may have recently un-installed. If you find a folder that you know you did un-install deleate it, but I stress be sure you did un-install it as you will not be able to recover it or restore it once deleated.

If you can also do a Quick nrestore with the O/S you have, simply go back to a date that you know all worked fine. This will also fix uou up.

Go to http://www.pacs-portal.co.uk/startup_index.htm

They have a huge list of programs that start when your computer boots up. I'm sure the program that the .dll file belongs to is on that list. And you may find others that you don't need to startup on boot also

Just follow what the computer says - it is our unquestionable boss nowadays! Whatever you try to do otherwise, the message will be repeated just as you tend to repeat your question!
